My Journey into Instructional Design began with my passion to promote the power of learning through designing engaging content that is not only clear and engaging but meaningful. A favorite Chinses Proverb of mine states, "Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere." Everything we do in life involves learning, whether we are gaining new knowledge, or whether we are adding to what we already understand, learning is the foundation of all things!

My degree in Special Education: Developmental Cognitive Disabilities, provides me with  background knowledge that can help to promote a blended learning approach to reach all levels of learners so that they retain information more effectively.

IDOL Academy

I began my courses at IDOL Academy in April of 2024. Through these courses I have gained the experience necessary to create innovative learning solutions using a wide range of tools such as Canva, etc. I was provided an opportunity to internship at _________ which allowed me  the ability to provide creative learning solutions to bridge learning gaps, in order to provide effective onboarding, cohesive communication to clients/customers and concise opening and closing procedures.
